He is very elusive and forces all the villagers to listen to his horrible singing. He says he is the proper owner of the whole Western Region, i'd be careful if I were you.

Royal Cruise Lines A large cruise boat operated by a Kokatorimon. He is very nasty and will throw you off the boat or even run you over with his big ship. If he isin a good mood he might let you stay on the ship, which will sail for 2 days.
