As soon as Joshua and Ayame had reached Primary Village, the teen fell to the ground, and began crying uncontrolably. "Why did they attack us?! Why couldn't those digimon have left us alone?!", he said between sobs. He couldn't bear it anymore, and watching his father be hurt like that only made it worse. Joshua scrunched himself up as he sobbed, and he wouldn't stop for a while. Essentially, only Mutatsu would have been able to calm him down. Unless somebody was just as kind, Joshua would stay like this.

Gommy closed his eyes, he moved over to Tomonari, placing a clawed paw on his arm. "Only Yggdrasill knows...all I know is if I could've digivolved, I could've saved him...Im sorry." Gommy said as Ayame collapsed, panting, she sat on her knees, still crying. "Its...my fault...your friend got captured..." Ayame said sniffling. Gommy sighed, "I dont want to say it but...I dont think theres anything that could've been done in this state..." He said scratching his head with one claw.

Joshua sat up, but was still sobbing. He glared angrily at Gommy, and shouted, "SHUT UP! What do you know?! He was my dad d**nit! He was the only family I had left! What makes you think saying sorry is gonna cut it?!" The teen was still crying, and while he did so, he went to punch Gommy in the face. Obviously, he was both mad and scared right now.

Gommy went flying into Ayame's arms. "You wont get anywhere by crying kid!" Gommy said rubbing his cheek. Ayame held onto Gommy. "Please...dont fight..." She said crying even more. Gommy took off towards Tomonari, bringing his claws into a fist, he attempted to hit him square in the head, he narrowed his eyes, waiting to see if his hit would connect to the boy or not.

Joshua blocked Gommy's attack, and retorted, "What am I supposed to do then, smartass?! I don't even know if he's alive! Well? TELL ME!" The teen sat with his knees on the ground, though went into the position rather slowly. After he did so, the teen calmed down, and just cried, "I want him back.....I want my dad....." Joshua didn't know what to do, or think. He relied on Mutatsu if he didn't know something, or felt hurt, and now there wasn't anybody he knew so far that could help.

"Ayame. Lets take him back to the human world for now. If we're going to save Mutatsu, we need a plan, but here isnt the place." Gommy said turning to face his tamer who was now looking at Gommy. "I...I dont know...if...if he wants to come..." Ayame said hiccuping, still crying. Gommy turned to face Joshua, "Oi. Kid. Come with us to the human world, we'll think of a way to save your father, but first, we need to clear our heads." Gommy said eyes narrowing.

Joshua looked over at Gommy silently, though still sobbing. Eventually, he said, "Where do you expect me to go?! I haven't lived there for seven years!" He was being stubborn now, but it was reasonable, considering what just happened. Looking over at Ayame, Joshua watched as she cried as well. Even though she hardly knew Mutatsu, the girl was just as upset. He didn't really understand why either.

"I mean take you to stay with us. The temple is empty cause no one's there, and the only person who comes around is Ayame's oneesan, but shes away at college and rarely comes around." Gommy said waving his paw lightly, "So, you in? Or would you rather become mince-meat?" Gommy asked jokingly.
"Gommy...! Dont be joking around at a time like this! Hes hurt badly!" Ayame said thwapping her digimon partner's head, she wiped her tears. "I...really am sorry...I...Its my fault...he got captured..." Ayame said choking lightly on her tears, still wiping them away.

Joshua looked up at Ayame again, and calmed down. He sniffled once, but a couple more tears still came out, "Really?" The teen looked somewhat confused at what Gommy said, but knew what Gommy was saying. Out of an almost instant reaction, Joshua hugged Ayame, "Thank you! Arigato!" It was the only chance he had at the moment, and would use it to his fullest. But a beeping sound was heard from his pocket. Standing up, Joshua took out the device that made the sound, "Huh? What is this?"

"Thats a digivice!" Gommy said gasping, "That means your partner is probably on his/her way!" Gommy said grinning. He lept onto Joshua's shoulder, paw waving, "Your partner...hmm...I dunno, probably some bunny or something." He said leaping down and over to Ayame. "I wonder who it is." He said thinking to himself even more.
Ayame blushed but wiped her tears, "We should wait for your partner to appear before we head to the human world." She said nodding, she began to think, where would he sleep? Sighing, she stood up, long pink hair flowing down her back, she looked around for any signs of another digimon.
