 A Walk in the Park
« Thread Started on Aug 2, 2008, 12:59pm »

Lila looked around. Children playing, dogs yipping, people sitting around. Yep, the park. She had decided to come here today because there was nothing really to do around her house. Well, everyone was minding their own business. Maybe she'd take a walk around the park, see the lake, look at the trees..

A frisky red haired boy was into the premise of the park. The boy had his hands tucked into his pockets and he couldn't help but giggle at himself for wanting to be a kid again. The park was certainly busy today as it usually was. The boy walked over to an abandoned bench and set himself on it. He continued to eye the people conspicuously.

His trusty digimon partner, Hawkmon was flying above head him. The bird managed to fly himself over to a tree and perched himself so he wouldn't be noticed. "The park is most certainly busy today isn't it Bien?" Hawkmon was looking for anything out of the ordinary, he didn't want to give his cover away though. It was his mission as a digimon to look out for Bien's well being, no surprise attacks would get by him.

Lila looked around some more, walking around. A kid on a bench here, a bird in a tree there, a squirrel in the grass there. Nothing out of the ordinary. Yuri smiled and walked on in the grass. Changing from walking on concrete to grass helped her feet, walking on paved stuff hurt them often.

Bien continued his lounging, god were benches comfortable. The real reason he was at the park wasn't to do recon, but to get away from his father who in fact was a pain in the arse. They were fighting about what Bien was going to do with the fact that hes old enough to get a job. Bien doesn't think its right for someone of his age to get a job, a boy his age should be tending to his school needs and not slaving over some job that pays very little. Most likely the reason was his father didn't want to deal with him.

Since the beginning of his birth you could sense a feeling of unsettlement, the man didn't like his son. He wished his first born was more responsible and active in some type of sports, many things. Bien spends his days singing or sewing outfits for himself, something a manly man wouldn't be caught doing. Taking a long and easy stretch with his legs and arms, he stretched them as far as he could. He then took his arms and held the back of his head. "Such a waste of day..." He said.

Hawkmon still hadn't noticed anything strange, it was a shame to he was in a fighting mood. Taking his left wing he started to nestle around with his feather headdress, he was that bored. The feather would plop up, then down, up, then down it was really annoying.

She looked at the strange device she found earlier. It was strange.. What could have it been? Her cellphone just went -poof- and turned into this. If only she could know. Nah, nothing turns into devices on their own, so.. What could it be? She held it in her hand, studying it over. She shrugged and continued walking around. She'd learn about it eventually, at least, she hoped she would.

Bien sighed. He could hear a girl complaining about a device that was unfamiliar to her. Getting up from the bench Bien walked over to the girl. "Its called a digivice." He took out his, which was painted a maroon color. "You use the digivice to digivolve your digimon. Do you understand?" He hoped the girl was listening cause he really did hate to repeat himself.

Hawkmon watched Bien as he walked himeslf over to a girl. Could Bien be going against his sexuality? He couldn't... thought he was gay. Hawkmon chuckled in delight at the site of Bien talking to a girl. "Oh Bien your so dreamy...." He said from the tree. It was would be hard for anyone to pin point the hawk digimons position, since it was hiding. But out of nowhere Hawkmon was hit by a medium sized rock. It was chucked at him by Bien who was furrying with anger. "I'll show you dreamy you fool!"

"Digimon.. Digivice.. What?", she questioned, absolutely stupified. The device fell out of her computer screen one day; how was she supposed to know anything about it? The kid acted as if he knew something about it, might as well stay to hear what he had to say.

(Yucky post, I'm posting fine on DFR but on here, it's yuck. Unintentional yuck.)

Bien blinked at the girls stupidity. He just told her what a digivice was. Was she that dense? "Look girl I just told you what a digivice was, how it was used, and what you are now." He took a few steps back from the girl. "Sooner or later your gonna get a monster like him." He said pointing to the aching Hawkmon, who was now on his feet.

"Excuse me Bien, that was very mean." He said rubbing the feathers on his head. Yes he was a bird and rather intelligent looking one. He spoke in a dictionated manner and was highly established in vocabulary. He took his left wing and placed it on his forehead, like a salute. "You know Bien its rude to treat your friends like that."

Staring with anger at the hawk digimon, Bien looked like he was about to fry up his digimon friend, chicken tenders anyone....? "Better watch yourself hawk..." He said, dictating a threat to the bird digimon. He turned to the girl and continued. "Eventually you'll get a digimon, probably from an egg or something." He smirked. "You'll probably get one thats half as decent as mine is."

Lila nodded. As her watch beeped, she looked at it to see it was time for her to head home for dinner. "Ah! Sorry -- gotta go!", she said, running off.

[Short exit.]
